Training of Trainers and Capacity Building of Government Trainers and Training Institutions
Ø Global objective
The global objective of the assignment is to assist the HRD to better respond to demand for capacity building both at the level of DPLGA and at sub-national level.
Ø Specific objectives
The specific objectives of the assignment are:
1. To build the capacity of DPLGA’s HRD to coordinate training programmes, and
2. To enhance the existing training and capacity building competences and resources of the HRD’s TS.
