Adapting the Young Professional Scheme to the needs of the Civil service Reform Location

The overall objective of the project was to continue the implementation of the public administration reform with a special view on the civil service reform area

The specific objectives

-        Continuing the development of the Corp of Professional Public Managers, as a component of the civil service reform in the context of getting rights and assuming obligations by Romania, as member state of European Union

-        Strengthening the capacity of CUPAR, NIA, NAPF in order to assure the continuity and sustainability of Young Professional Scheme and also to provide an adequate management to the development of public managers` careers.
