Campaign Manager
  • Qualifications: Qualifications and skills
    - Education at least Master’s Degree Academic level, preferable in public relations, journalism, political science, management, marketing or similar. An equivalent professional experience of at least 3 years on top of the general professional experience requested below may substitute the missing degree;
    - Fluency in spoken and written Belarusian and/or Russian and English;
    - Knowledge of the Belarus media environment;
    - Knowledge of the EU communication and visibility guidelines is an asset;
    - Knowledge of the general context of the EU-Belarus relations is an asset

    General Professional experience
    - At least 3 years’ experience in communications
    - Experience in drafting institutional communication strategy;

    Specific Professional experience
    - Proven experience of at least 3 years of working with the media, preferably in Eastern Partnership Countries
    - Previous experience in managing at least one public awareness campaign;

    The expected deliverables are the following :

    1. Design of an overarching communication frame for the 2019 EU-Belarus communication campaign within the context of the 10th Anniversary of the EaP as manage by the EU central services

    2. Design and implementation of following interventions under the 2019 EU-Belarus communication campaign: - a) Six regional EU cooperation events; b) Campaign for EU for Youth

    3. Communication related services

    4. Design and production of promotion materials
