Aid Effectiveness Expert
Description of post: To carry out this assignment a senior expert is required with the following profile:
•Hold a Masters degree in a development related field, and have more than 10 years of relevant experience.
•Be conversant with the Paris Declaration and the Accra Agenda for Action, and how the donor community implements these agenda.
•Previous working experience with partner government ministries in charge of aid management is a comparative advantage.
•Demonstrate a significant experience with the design of institutional development projects.
•Good knowledge of the Kenyan context is an advantage
•Good communication and analytical skills.
•The expert must be fluent in written and oral English.
