- University degree where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or 10 years of professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of English written and spoken
General professional experience
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in the civil society sector
- 2 years of experience in implementing EU supported projects in the field of civil society
Specific professional experience
- Experience in project management, coordination and team leading
- Experience of PRAG grant procedures

Specific professional experience
- Operational experience in project management
- Experience in PRAG grant procedures
- Knowledge of the Serbian language would be an advantage
