Key expert 1: PR and events manager
Full time presence at the EU InfoCentre – indicative 220 working days
The PR and events manager will be responsible for management of EU InfoCentre's Public Relations as well as for the management of all EU related events, organised inside and outside the EU InfoCentre.
The PR and events manager will assist the Project Manager and the Director of the EU InfoCentre for the smooth running and timely implementation of the Project and efficient use of project funds.
Qualifications and skills
· university degree in communications or journalism
· fluency in written and spoken English and Macedonian (knowledge of French or Albanian is an advantage)
General professional experience
· minimum 5-years experience in organising public events, seminars, conferences, trainings and other similar activities
· knowledge about EU integration processes, particularly in relation to the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia
· knowledge of the socio-economic and political structure of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (government, public institutions, media and civil society organisations)
Specific professional experience
· participation in minimum 2 similar projects (communication activities aimed at the general public and/or management of an Information Centre) over the last 5 years
· experience in working with such target groups and/or multipliers as civil society, media, academics, business, government, among others
Key expert 2: Public Information Officer
Full time presence at the EU InfoCentre – indicative 220 working days
The Public Information Officer will be responsible for the implementation of the day-to-day activities of the Skopje EU InfoCentre such as: provision of information to the visitors; answering to questions received by fax, mail and telephone; updating questions/answers database for EU's website; etc.
Qualifications and skills
· university degree in communications, journalism or related field;
· fluency in spoken and written Macedonian and English (knowledge of French or Albanian will be considered as an advantage)

· minimum 5-years experience in communications and public information
· knowledge about EU integration processes, particularly in relation to the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia
· knowledge of the socio-economic and political structure of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (government, public institutions, media and civil society organisations)
Specific professional experience
· participation in minimum 2 public relations projects over the last 5 years
· minimum 2-year experience in management of customers, responding to queries or providing helpdesk services
